Abstraksi
The ASCOPE Declaration on the establishment of ASCOPE on 15 October 1975, stated that one of the aims and purposes of ASCOPE is “to provide assistance to each other in the form of training, the use of research facilities and services in all phases of the petroleum industry†Hence, the annual work programme of ASCOPE has always included cooperation in research and development as one of its activities. This project in entrusted to the ASCOPE Technical Committee.
